PRIVACY POLICY
1. DATA COLLECTION
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information: Name, business email, and company details.
Marketing Data: Data retrieved via OAuth from third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), including ad spend, impressions, and conversion metrics.
User-Provided Business Logic: Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), target audience definitions, competitor lists, and landing page URLs.
Payment Metadata: We do not store full credit card numbers. All transactions are processed by third-party gateways; we only retain the last 4 digits for identification.
2. USE OF DATA & AI TRAINING
Operational Use: To provide, maintain, and improve the Hive X dashboards.
Anonymized Aggregation: We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data (data that cannot be traced back to you or your specific clients) for:
- Training and improving our AI and machine learning models.
- Creating industry benchmarks and market trend reports.
- Selling high-level statistical insights to third parties.
Tier-Based Privacy: High-tier subscription plans (e.g., Enterprise) may include an "Opt-Out" option for AI training on their specific data subsets, subject to the terms of that specific plan.
3. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
The Service uses APIs from Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest. By using Hive X, you agree to be bound by the respective Privacy Policies and Terms of Service of these third-party providers.
4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Location: Your data is primarily stored on secure servers located in Singapore (via Fly.io).
Protection: We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Access: Access to client data is strictly limited to Hive X partners and authorized technical staff under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for the sole purpose of maintenance and support.
5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Post-Termination: Upon account cancellation, your data will be kept in a "deactivated" state for 60 days to allow for account recovery.
Permanent Deletion: After 60 days, personally identifiable business data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized for continued use in our aggregate statistical models.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
As Z-DMARKETING LLC, we process data in accordance with U.S. law. If you are accessing the Service from the EEA or UK, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the US and Singapore.
7. COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Essential cookies: We use strictly necessary cookies (for example session cookies) to authenticate you, keep the Service secure, and remember basic preferences. These cannot be turned off while using the Service.
Analytics cookies (optional): With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics and measurement cookies to understand how visitors use our marketing pages and product. We do not load these tags until you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the site footer or sidebar.
Your choices: "Essential only" declines optional analytics. "Accept all" enables
optional analytics via Google Tag Manager under Google Consent Mode. Your choice is stored in your browser
